The Tallas House & Gardens’ (THG) all-inclusive meeting package includes meeting space, breakfast (continental/full), lunch, continuous refreshment breaks, and parking.

Meeting Facilities and Services

Bordered by our beautiful terrace and gardens, The Tallas House offers 2,100 square feet of meeting space to guests in its historic Circa 1937 Main House, featuring crown moldings, hardwood floors and lovely fireplace, a Garden Room overlooking the terrace and garden that affords natural sunlight via cathedral ceilings and skylights, and two furnished private breakout suites.  Treat your group to three acres of soaring oaks and abundant flora -- a stress-free environment conducive to learning and relaxation.  

The Tallas House ballroom, divisible into two sections, comprise our Main House and Garden Room; combined accommodates 106 for banquet-style set up and 140 for theatre-style set up.  Seating capacity is approximate.  Room square footage and capacity must be subtracted to accommodate staging and audio-visual requirements.

Complimentary white board, flip chart with easel and cordless microphone are available upon request.  Arrangements can be made for other equipment, as needed. TV/VCR/DVD available.

A sales tax at 7% is added to all meeting charges.

Is available the day of your meeting to manage all the details and ensuring a successful meeting.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta via I-20 East, and 5 minutes from the Mall at Stonecrest in Lithonia.

Directions

I-20 East to Evans Mills Road.  Take service road to Lithonia Industrial Blvd.; turn left; to Covington Hwy; turn right; we are 1/8 mile on left.

Meeting Package A

Full Day Meeting Package

The Tallas House & Gardens’ (THG) all-inclusive meeting package includes, meeting space, tables and chairs, linens, flip chart, podium, cordless microphone, set-up and breakdown, breakfast (continental/full) or lunch, refreshments and all services charges.

The venue may be rented in six or eight hour increments between the hours of 7:00am and

5:00pm.  Meeting vendors will have access one-hour prior to start of event for set up.

Two Meals Daily

The Tallas House offers your choice of a Continental or Full breakfast menu to its

meeting attendees.  Choose from a variety of fresh pastries, bagels, juices, Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and a selection of Herbal Teas, or try our hot breakfast featuring The Tallas House’s delicious Smoked Maple-Cured bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Grits, Sausage Patties or Links and Biscuits & Gravy.

Our lunch buffet menu offers a variety of options to suit the varying taste buds of your meeting attendees.  Try our Lettuce Luncheon Buffet of soup, salads, breads, desserts and beverages, or the Market Deli Buffet and build your own sandwich, enjoy fresh baked gourmet cookies, and just right chilled beverages.

Continuous Refreshment Service

Located in your meeting room and in our Dining Room, our two refreshment break areas offer a generous selection of snacks, coffees, teas, and sodas beginning at 7am with hot coffee and tea and afternoon treats ending at 5pm.

DAY MEETING PACKAGE W/CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND TRADITIONAL BOX LUNCHES OR MARKET DELI BUFFET :  $65.00 per person, per day.

Breakfast or Lunch Meeting

The Tallas House & Gardens offers your choice of a Continental or Full breakfast menu for your meeting attendees.  Both breakfast selections are served w/ butter, an assortment of Jams and Jellies, Regular and Decaffeinated 100% Columbian Coffee, and assorted Herbal Teas and Juices.  Our lunch buffet menu also offers a variety of options to suit varying taste buds.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: A variety of fresh pastries, bagels and yogurt.  Main House or Garden Room ($30.00 pp) Entire House ($35.00 pp)

HOME-STYLE BREAKFAST BUFFET: Delicious Smoked Maple-Cured bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Grits, Sausage Patties or Links, Biscuits & Gravy.  Main House or Garden Room ($35.00 pp) Entire House ($40.00 pp)
